Terms and conditions · Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB)
Every ROQUA piece is made for one person, so the way we agree on it is a little different from an ordinary shop. These terms explain how a request becomes an order, what you pay, how your piece is made and delivered, and what our fit promise covers. They apply to everything you order from us on roqua.com, by email or on WhatsApp.
As of October 2026

These terms apply to all contracts between Roqua GmbH and our customers for Signature Pieces, the Style DNA Session and gift vouchers. Our offer is aimed at consumers (Verbraucher, § 13 BGB). Other terms only apply if we agree to them in writing.
The pieces on our website are not yet a binding offer. They show what we can make for you.
The preview shows the colours as closely as a screen allows. Small differences between screen and fabric are not a defect.
All prices are in euros and include German VAT (Umsatzsteuer). The price that applies is the one in your personal preview.
Shipping is free within Europe. For other countries we charge shipping, and the amount is shown in your preview. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply; these are paid by you.
You pay when you order, by card (via Stripe) or PayPal. We start making your piece once the payment has arrived.
After your order we check your measurements with you. Your piece is then made in Germany.
If a fabric is unexpectedly no longer available, we tell you straight away and suggest an alternative. If you don't want the alternative, we refund what you paid in full.
Care instructions come with your delivery.
Consumers usually have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. This right does not exist for goods that are made to the customer's individual choices and measurements (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB). Every Signature Piece is made this way, so there is no statutory right of withdrawal for it.
That is why we give you a fit promise and an exchange voucher instead, as described in the next two sections. Both are offered voluntarily and in addition to your statutory rights.
The Style DNA Session and gift vouchers are different. For these you do have a right of withdrawal: see section 11.
Your piece should fit you as if it had always been yours. If it doesn't, one alteration is included. You choose how:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, by email or WhatsApp, before any alteration is made. If you send the piece to our atelier, you pay the postage for sending it to us; we pay for sending it back to you.
If your piece is unworn and you would rather have something else, you can send it back within 14 days of delivery. You receive a ROQUA voucher for the full price you paid.
We do not refund the purchase price for made-to-order pieces. This does not affect your statutory rights if a piece is faulty (section 8).
If a piece is faulty, you have the statutory rights for defects (gesetzliche Mängelhaftungsrechte, §§ 434 ff. BGB). The fit promise and the exchange voucher are extras on top; they do not limit these rights.
Each piece is cut and sewn by hand. Small variations in natural materials, in the pattern of a jacquard or in the shade of a fabric between batches are part of handmade work and are not a defect.
Please tell us about any transport damage as soon as you can. This helps us claim it from the shipping company; your rights do not depend on it.
The Style DNA Session is a personal online consultation with Myriam. It costs € 111.
You book and pay online. If you can't make the date, you can move it free of charge up to 24 hours before the session.
Credit towards a Signature Piece. If you order a Signature Piece within 3 months of your session, we deduct the € 111 from its price. The credit can be used once, is not paid out in cash and cannot be transferred.
Gift vouchers for the Style DNA Session, and vouchers from an exchange (section 7), can be redeemed on roqua.com or by email.
This applies to the Style DNA Session and gift vouchers only. It does not apply to Signature Pieces (section 5).
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Roqua GmbH, c/o Myriam Chebance, Plumserjochstraße 19, 81825 Munich, Germany, email mc@roqua.com, phone +49 179 4087197) by a clear statement, for example a letter or email, of your decision to withdraw. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. You can also use the withdrawal function on our website: [link to the withdrawal button]. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period ends.
If you withdraw, we refund all payments we received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we receive your notice. We use the same payment method you used, unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
If you asked for the Style DNA Session to begin during the withdrawal period, you pay us a reasonable amount for the part of the service already provided up to the moment you tell us you are withdrawing.
For the Style DNA Session, the right of withdrawal ends once the session has been fully provided, if you expressly agreed that we start before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you know you lose your right of withdrawal once the session is complete.
(Fill in and return this form only if you want to withdraw from the contract.)
